All images captured by 6TierGallery remain the intellectual property of the photographer. Clients receive personal usage rights for prints, albums, and sharing. Commercial use, resale, or editing without permission is not allowed. By booking, clients acknowledge and accept this agreement.
Refund Policy
All deposits are non-refundable if the client chooses to cancel for any reason. If the photographer must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be issued within 48 hours.
Contract
Once your booking is confirmed, a personalized contract will be sent directly to you. This agreement outlines all details of the shoot, including timeline, deliverables, and expectations. It’s designed to protect both you and the photographer, ensuring a smooth, professional experience from beginning to end.
